Distinguishing characteristics, birthmarks, tattoos : Caucasian male. Graying light brown hair, blue eyes. Borthwick may have a mustache and/or a light beard. He has previously fractured his right foot, his ankle and his right hand. He has a vertical scar on his inner left wrist and forearm and a brown vertical irregularly shaped flat birthmark on the left side of his upper back, about one to two inches in size. He wears eyeglasses for reading.

A missing person is a person who has disappeared and whose status as alive or dead cannot be confirmed as their location and condition are not known. A person may go missing through a voluntary disappearance, or else due to an accident, crime, death in a location where they cannot be found (such as at sea), or many other reasons.
