Distinguishing characteristics, birthmarks, tattoos : Asian male. Black hair, brown eyes. Tejin's name is pronounced Taa-gin.





Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Tejin was last seen in Bethesda, Maryland on January 3, 2016. He left his home in the 5200 block of Belvoir Drive, supposedly to go to a friend's house, at 9:30 p.m., but never arrived. Authorities subsequently learned he got an Uber ride to the area of Sangamore Road in western Bethesda at 10:30 p.m. He has never been heard from again.
Tejin left three suicide notes saying he was going to drown himself in the Potomac River. Some of his belongings were subsequently found in and near the river, but his body has never been located.
He was a student at the Maret School, a private school in Washington D.C., at the time of his disappearance. He is presumed dead, but remains classified as a missing person.

A missing person is a person who has disappeared and whose status as alive or dead cannot be confirmed as their location and condition are not known. A person may go missing through a voluntary disappearance, or else due to an accident, crime, death in a location where they cannot be found (such as at sea), or many other reasons.
