Distinguishing characteristics, birthmarks, tattoos : Caucasian female. Blonde hair, blue eyes. Skimina has previously fractured her left forearm. She wears eyeglasses.

Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Skimina was last seen near Benson and Foothill in Pomona, California at 3:55 p.m. on June 19, 2015. She and other patients at the medical facility where she was staying went on an outing and she ran away from the group. She has never been heard from again. Few details are available in her case.

A missing person is a person who has disappeared and whose status as alive or dead cannot be confirmed as their location and condition are not known.
