Distinguishing characteristics, birthmarks, tattoos : African-American female. Black hair, brown eyes. Redding's nicknames are Randy and Sue. She has a scar above her right eye. She often wore a wig.





Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Redding moved from Seattle, Washington to Decatur, Georgia in 1975, when she was sixteen, and there's no indication she ever returned to Washington. She was last heard from when she called her mother and grandmother sometime in the mid-1980s, prior to her father's death in 1987. Few details are available in her case. Washington police are investigating.

A missing person is a person who has disappeared and whose status as alive or dead cannot be confirmed as their location and condition are not known. A person may go missing through a voluntary disappearance, or else due to an accident, crime, death in a location where they cannot be found (such as at sea), or many other reasons.
