Distinguishing characteristics, birthmarks, tattoos : Caucasian male. Sandy brown hair, brown eyes. Seabolt has a scar on his left elbow and a tattoo of a small airplane on his left hand. He has a steel pin inserted into his right leg, which extends from his knee to his foot. His nickname is Ronnie.

Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Seabolt was last seen in the Richwood area of Nicholas County, West Virginia on August 12, 1985. He has never been heard from again. Few details are available in Seabolt's case.

A missing person is a person who has disappeared and whose status as alive or dead cannot be confirmed as their location and condition are not known. A person may go missing through a voluntary disappearance, or else due to an accident, crime, death in a location where they cannot be found (such as at sea), or many other reasons.
