Distinguishing characteristics, birthmarks, tattoos : Caucasian male. Brown hair, hazel eyes. Rider's nickname is Richie. His hair was styled in a buzzcut at the time of his disappearance. He wears eyeglasses.





Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Rider was last seen leaving Dayspring VillAge at the time of disappearance: , an assisted living facility for adults with schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder located in the 55400 block of Highway 1 in Hilliard, Florida, on October 11, 2011. This was the day after his birthday.
He was walking northbound towards the Georgia state line. He has never been heard from again. Rider may have traveled to Ohio after his disappearance. His case remains unsolved.

A missing person is a person who has disappeared and whose status as alive or dead cannot be confirmed as their location and condition are not known. A person may go missing through a voluntary disappearance, or else due to an accident, crime, death in a location where they cannot be found (such as at sea), or many other reasons. The situation, uncertainties, and lack of closure or a funeral resulting when a person goes missing may be extremely painful with long-lasting effects on family and friends.
