Medical conditions : Truong suffers from mental illness and needs medication which he does not have with him.
Distinguishing characteristics, birthmarks, tattoos : Asian male. Black hair, brown eyes. Truong has a scar on his chin.





Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Truong was near the Derby Lane greyhound Ethnicity : track in the 10400 block of Gandy Boulevard north in St. Petersburg, Florida at 2:45 p.m. on December 27, 2016. He was in a family member's vehicle when he got agitated, left the vehicle, walked away and has never been heard from again.
Truong is from out of state and isn't familiar with the St. Petersburg area. He's considered to be endangered and his case remains unsolved.

A missing person is a person who has disappeared and whose status as alive or dead cannot be confirmed as their location and condition are not known. A person may go missing through a voluntary disappearance, or else due to an accident, crime, death in a location where they cannot be found (such as at sea), or many other reasons.
