Distinguishing characteristics, birthmarks, tattoos : Caucasian male. Brown hair, brown eyes. Charapko's right ankle is fused and there may be a scar there.





Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Charapko was last seen in Miami Springs, Florida on August 28, 1975. He was on his way to a doctor's appointment in his sister's car when he asked her to pull over. When she did, he walked away from the car and was never seen again. Few details are available in Charapko's case, which remains unsolved.
