Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Hidalgo was last seen by his friends in Chesterfield, Virginia on April 6, 2019. He lived in the 7400 block of Winterleaf Court. He has never been heard from again.
He has a history of disappearing; he went missing on February 20, 2019 and wasn't found till mid-March. He went missing for the last time three weeks later. Few details are available in his case.
